January 23rd 2026:<\/b> In the second half of 2026 (exact<\/span>\u00a0date TBA), we will be closing the site while we undertake some essential site maintenance. This is an advance notice.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

This is to update some code used by our payment processor to bring our code up to date. This is needed to offer you the best service and latest security features when purchasing our content.<\/span><\/p>

This job is a massive undertaking, and as such, we cannot do it with the site remaining open. We will be closing the site during this time while we undertake this maintenance.<\/span><\/p>

No Fan Club pass or site account problems reported. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

PLEASE NOTE:<\/b> We do however now have to manually update site accounts after a Fan Club pass is purchased due to a change we have made. We have introduced longer duration Fan Club pass access options and we have to set the correct duration for you after purchase.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

So please be aware of this change to functionality when purchasing a Fan Club Pass. You can contact us here if you need help. <\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

You can continue to purchase a Fan Club pass, but we will have to manually enable \/ update it for you. A Fan Club pass <\/b><\/span>still works as intended after activated by us. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Thursday 6th August:<\/strong> We are aware of an issue affecting checkouts for the instant download option. This appears to be a routing issue loading a different PayPal checkout version.. This appears to be an issue with our third-party partner, Payloadz, who handles our instant downloads.<\/span><\/p>

YOU CAN STILL USE INSTANT CHECKOUT: <\/b>Instant download checkouts still work as expected, but you may notice a different checkout look and process. Please note that it’s currently displaying “Item” as “Peter White”, who is the owner and director of The Splat! Show.<\/span>\u00a0The item you have ordered will still be delivered. There is reduced functionality with Apple Pay not listed as option at this time.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>

We have alerted Payloadz to this issue and are waiting for a response and resolution.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>

You can still use the instant checkout at this time and your payment and download will still work.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Please note that the non-instant “manual download” option is not affected at this time and retains<\/span>\u00a0full functionality including Apple Pay Option.<\/span><\/b><\/p>

June 22nd 2026: <\/strong>Download provider, PayLoadz, experienced an outage that affected download deliveries.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

April 7th 2026: <\/strong>Error and fix established for PayPal error.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

December 18th 2025:<\/strong> Fixed and issue where users couldn’t log in via the login page.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

August 11th 2025: <\/b>Fixed an error where the preview galleries were not loading correctly on the main Splat! Show pages. Galleries on other pages were not affected.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

December<\/span>\u00a019th 2024:<\/b> Site accounts were not behaving correctly.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

August 17th 2024:<\/b> Download\u00a0Third Party Delivery system was not working correctly.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>
