Special Edition Download. This is due to the amount of files we include in the special edition downloads.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The most common error you may see is \u201caccess denied\u201d. If you experience this error, please follow these steps to correct the issue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1: Close your browser window.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2: Click the link in the download email again to re-fresh the download page.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3: You can now continue to download the files.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you get a message saying you exceeded the download limits. Just follow the onscreen prompt to request additional downloads and we will do this for you. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; caret-color: #000000;\">Remember<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, you can re-download anytime within 30 days of your purchase.
