**Product Coding System**
Only you and we are privy to the specific product you have ordered, as our products employ a code system. For instance, if you order βSeason 19 Finale Splat! Show,β this information will not be visible on the transaction. Instead, a code will be used, such as βSplShoS19Fin,β which will be recorded in the transaction. This coding system enables efficient product identification while also adding an additional layer of security. This system is internal, allowing us to accurately track your orders.
**Information We Receive When You Order With Us**

When booking a Splat! Private Experience with us, we require certain information to ensure compliance with applicable accounting laws and facilitate a smooth experience.

- * Your location (not an exact address, but an area)
- * Your phone number (optional)
We also record that you have paid us for accounting and tax purposes. A receipt is sent to you, and we retain a copy for compliance with accounting and business laws. This receipt contains only your name and email address and is stored locally by us. Access to this information is restricted to (the owner), who has strong encryption and two-factor authentication in place. This receipt is the only information we retain. Due to accounting and business laws in the United Kingdom, we are unable to delete this information.
Email addresses sent to us to complete a booking are deleted from our systems within 30 days of the private experience taking place or sooner.
Phone numbers requested for contact purposes are held for 30 days after the private experience and then deleted. We do not store phone numbers beyond this timeframe and only use them for contacting you regarding your booking or experience. Customers are not obligated to provide their phone number but are encouraged to do so.
If you have recorded a private experience for personal use, all videos sent to you are deleted after you have successfully downloaded the files. All data captured during the recording process is also completely deleted and not stored by us after you have downloaded your files.

Phone Numbers. Phone numbers are retained for a short period before and after a shoot and will be deleted from our systems within 30 days after a shoot has been completed.
We also collect images of our participants/models holding their completed model release forms for additional verification purposes.
