Splat! Accounts Troubleshooting
I can’t log in to my account: Please check that your password and email address is correct. If you have forgotten your password you can request a password reset. Full details an be found on the Forgot Password page. If your username is not working, please try with the email address linked to your site account instead of your username.
Seeing “Account Has Expired”?: You may see this message when trying to log in after a Splat! Fan Club pass expires. We will manually re-active your account so you can log into your account. We usually check accounts once a day. If it has been more than 24 hours, send us a nudge.

Two Factor Authentication (Coming sooN)
To help keep your account details and site secure as possible we have now introduced two factor authentication on all site accounts. You need to set this up the next time you log in. Just follow the onscreen instructions to complete this process. You can use an app to receive codes or have them emailed to the email address associated with your account to securely log in.
