Special Edition Download Help

You may encounter an error when downloading the files included in a Splat! Special Edition Download. This is due to the amount of files we include in the special edition downloads.

The most common error you may see is “access denied”. If you experience this error, please follow these steps to correct the issue.

1: Close your browser window.

2: Click the link in the download email again to re-fresh the download page.

3: You can now continue to download the files.

If you get a message saying you exceeded the download limits. Just follow the onscreen prompt to request additional downloads and we will do this for you. Remember, you can re-download anytime within 30 days of your purchase. After this time any lost items will have to be purchased again at the rates outlined on our terms and conditions page (special edition downloads are not available again after they have been removed from sale).

Please ensure you download all files included as they will no longer be available to download after a special edition is no longer available for purchase. This is due to the file sizes included in our Special Editions and cannot be left on our servers. For more on this please see our full Terms and Conditions HERE.
